Alkhemy is seeking a proactive and self-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to support and engage potential students throughout the whole enrolment process.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and a strong problem-solving approach.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales and a call center environment, with a proven track record of excellent telephone sales performance.
As a remote worker, you will need to have a steady internet connection, a PC/Laptop, and a headset.
- Proactively increase enrolments via all channels, including inbound and outbound calls.
- Support potential students throughout the whole enrolment process – from enquiry to application and enrolment.
- Build rapport with prospective students to understand their motivations, goals, and life experiences.
- Ensure accurate assessment and processing of all student functions, including enrolments, exemptions, and qualification changes.
- Multitask between high volumes of calls and documentation of student information.
