Event Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to coordinate events, functions and charters as part of our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed functions and charters on vessels and Bells Functions.

  • Create event orders for functions and ensure payment schedules are met.
  • Meet and greet prospective clients for viewings of the vessel/venue.
  • Oversee key functions and events, particularly during peak periods including weekends as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with chef and operations team on planning and guest experience.
  • Representation at industry or networking events where deemed relevant.
