Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing event documentation and coordinating with sales and other departments to ensure seamless service throughout events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of events.
  • Ensure events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.
  • Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client's needs.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
  • COVID Hygiene Certificate from Australian Hotels Association
  • Experience working in events role required
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
