Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in groups, conference, and event sales and coordination.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering events, conferences, and meetings. You will provide exceptional customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients.

You will handle event administration and management, including groups and accommodation reservations. You will develop and maintain client relationships through site inspections and meet-and-greets.

Your key objectives will be to ensure quality assurance and profitability targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer events, conferences, and meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients
  • Handle event administration and management, including groups and accommodation reservations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through site inspections and meet-and-greets
  • Ensure quality assurance and profitability targets are met
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian working rights and preferably residing in WA
  • Previous experience in groups, conference, and event sales and coordination
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Great salesmanship and a passion for success
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

A degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a relevant field is advantageous.
