Job Description

We are seeking an operational leader to own key capacity planning and management processes, goals and metrics in our Australia business. The successful candidate will work closely with S&OP to ensure operational plans align to meet those goals.

This role involves driving the completion of quarterly Strategic S&OP forecast materials for leadership review, local ownership of AU network gastank, inventory health and removals programs, and managing projects or programs on an ongoing basis that impact the broader business.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience driving end to end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and driving process improvements. They will also have experience in stakeholder management, building processes, project management, and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
