Required Skills:

  • 10–20 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or adjacent sectors, including significant exposure to non-bank lending.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and efficiency across operations, risk, and customer experience.
  • Deep expertise in credit-lending organizations, originations, broker networks, and distribution relationships.
  • Commercial acumen combined with operational discipline, allowing for clear understanding of strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to lead without ego, cut through complexity, and inspire teams around a shared mission.
