Job Description

The role of Senior Operations Manager is a pivotal position within the SEAP Department, requiring an individual with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of departmental tasks.

The Senior Operations Manager will develop and maintain processes and systems to facilitate efficient operations, providing project support as necessary. They will also play a key role in liaison and coordination across programme teams, consultants, and suppliers.

Reporting to the SEAP Department Director, the Senior Operations Manager will represent the Operations team on the SEAP Department Leaders Team, contributing to department strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain operational processes and systems.
  • Provide project and administrative support.
  • Liaise and coordinate with programme teams, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Represent the Operations team on the SEAP Department Leaders Team.
