Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the day-to-day activities of our Civic Centre and other Council facilities.

About This Opportunity

This is a unique chance to lead our operations team and contribute to the success of our community.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational requirements to ensure the safety and comfort of our facilities.
  • Provide supervision and leadership, including training and performance management.
  • Coordinate arrangements for Council meetings and events.
  • Manage room bookings and multimedia equipment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in hospitality and/or facility management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality and/or facility management.
  • Understanding of OHS legislation and policies.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License, First Aid certificate, and Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate.
