
Business Administration Support Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Business Administration Assistant to join our team.
This role involves providing support to a multi-disciplinary team in various sectors, including energy, environment, ports, infrastructure, rail, and defence.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- General reception duties include taking customer calls, greeting visitors, and managing mail and couriers.
- Formatting documents and presentations is also a key responsibility.
- Purchasing and managing office supplies is an important task.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff is required.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office and kitchen is essential.
- Assisting with organisational tasks and employee onboarding is a critical function.
The successful candidate will possess intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
