Job Title: Insurance Administration Support

This is a hybrid role where you will provide administration support to Senior Brokers in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for client servicing, which includes providing assistance with client insurance and risk needs, participating in policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, preparing and lodging policies, attending client meetings, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

About the Role:
  • Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
