**Are you an experienced Events and Marketing Coordinator? We are seeking a talented individual who can coordinate and manage events while contributing to the development and implementation of our marketing strategies. If you have a passion for marketing, event coordination, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role could be perfect for you.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage broker conference activities.
- Manage GT Insurance's social media presence.
- Coordinate web presence, including website relevancy, landing pages, lead optimization, and content.
- Maintain professional image and brand consistency.
- Assist in coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify market requirements and competitor information.
- Collaborate with marketing partner to execute marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing activity and results.
- Collaborate with GM Market Development on budget management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in events coordination.
- Proficiency in developing and managing marketing strategies, including digital marketing.
- Technical marketing skills and experience in customer and market research.
- General Insurance and industry knowledge preferred.
