Business Operations Manager

This is a key position that involves collaborating with large indigenous communities to drive the day-to-day business operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate processing of daily financial transactions, manage payrolls, and handle statutory obligations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the incumbent will lead corporate governance matters for the communities, including reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Key tasks include coordinating board meetings, liaising with financial institutions, building professional relationships, and providing support on corporate governance issues.
Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields, and experience in overseeing financial and administrative responsibilities within a small to medium-sized organization.
