**Business Support Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Business Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of the business unit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fleet operations and facilities management activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet management: ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of vehicles

- Facilities management: managing office spaces and equipment

- Procurement: coordinating the purchase of mobile phones and other equipment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics)

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and prioritization skills
