Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, lead a team of casual employees, and execute effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of casual employees.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at our site.
  • Execute effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor performance, attendance, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights.
  • Ensure KPIs and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce leadership or supply chain management.
  • Background in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid experience using Excel and Office 365 tools daily.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, safety, and compliance practices.
