About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team in the Castle Hill showroom. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and leading a team of consultants to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of four consultants to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage daily operations, including reviewing performance metrics, analysing reports, and finding sales opportunities.
  • Be proactive in booking appointments and guiding the team in client interactions.
  • Oversee showroom activity, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, including reporting to the regional manager and contributing to strategic store improvements.
Benefits
  • Base Salary: $75K + Super
  • OTE: Up to $150K with excellent bonus potential (store turnover comfortably reaches $400K–$500K monthly).
  • Flexible roster, typically Tuesday to Saturday
  • Fortnightly pay, with regular reviews and the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses.
