We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Barclay Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by monitoring and mentoring sales designers and showroom consultants
- Assist the marketing manager with in-store promotions and events
- Regularly report on sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Manage full store-level financials, including sales and product training
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing people in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably in the home improvement or luxury goods space
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and commission
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
