Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Team Assistant to support our Business Development initiatives. This role will enable the growth of our law practices and enhance client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, diaries, and emails in support of BD planning processes. They will also foster relationships with external groups, identify new opportunities, and coordinate involvement in events. Additionally, they will create and update calendars of events, complete general market research, and provide administrative support as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and managing appointments, diaries, and emails

  • Coordinating involvement in referred events and organizing MB events
  • Creating and updating calendars of events

The ideal candidate will have a sales, marketing, or commerce-focused tertiary qualification, an understanding of business development, sales, or marketing principles, and experience in event management and coordination. They should also be able to adapt to different styles, build rapport with people at different levels, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
