About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to manage patient waitlists in our Specialist Clinics. This is a full-time fixed-term position for 12 months.
As a Patient Waitlist Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Making direct contact with patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers to determine current healthcare needs.
- Answering phone, online, and Health Hub enquiries.
- Communicating with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Following administrative processes in the Electronic Medical Record.
- Working closely with the Specialist Clinic team and healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
We require candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills. A sound understanding of computer literacy is essential. Previous admin experience is considered an advantage.
