Patient Care Coordinator

As a member of the dynamic Outpatients Team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, timely and effective care for all Victorians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients and create referrals
- Manage waitlists
- Manage appointment requests
- Manage reception for face-to-face patients and Telehealth patients
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members
- Follow up enquiries via various channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Excellent data entry skills and accuracy
- Professional phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
