Pediatric Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking an administrative clerk to join our team as a Paediatric Booking Clerk. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a medical or hospital setting and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
The role involves booking appointments for families referred to our Paediatric Services, managing waitlists and appointment schedules, and liaising with clinical staff. You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Consultant, Midwifery Manager of Ambulatory Services, and Paediatric Clinicians to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments for families referred to our Paediatric Services
- Managing waitlists and appointment schedules
- Liaising with clinical staff and patients
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Required Skills:
- Previous experience working as an administration clerk in a medical or hospital setting
