Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. This is a full-time, fixed-term position that requires exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless program operation.
- Manage the delivery of high-quality OSHC programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and families.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote a sense of community.
- A completed Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience in childcare or education, with a passion for delivering quality programs.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A current Blue Card and First Aid certification.
