We're seeking a skilled Product Support Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

As our go-to technical product expert, you'll work closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to ensure our products are performing at their best.

  • Providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range
  • Creating and delivering training programs—both online and in person—for our customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Collaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments
  • Assisting with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions
  • Building and maintaining a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources
  • Tracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunities

Requirements:
  • A basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas
