Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a critical role in helping the firm pursue and deliver client opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in strategic pursuits, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and contribute to persuasive messaging. They will also possess commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support and at times lead the delivery of small-to-mid scale strategic initiatives, from early positioning through to onboarding.
  • Work directly with partners to shape strategy, refine solution design, and ensure content reflects client needs, priorities, and differentiators.
  • Assist in handovers and onboarding, coordinating playbook materials and transition points for relationship teams.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen how the firm goes to market, such as improving approaches, supporting growth initiatives, and developing opportunity pipelines.
  • Maintain and improve pursuit systems, templates, and content.
  • Track performance data and share insights that support continuous improvement.
