Job Description:
  We are seeking a Social Inclusion Lead to shape and deliver initiatives that improve the social, cultural, and financial wellbeing of our customers and communities.

  You will join an innovative team who are passionate about strengthening inclusion, reducing barriers, and creating meaningful connections with the diverse communities we serve.

  As a Social Inclusion Lead, your focus will be on multiculturalism. You will contribute to lasting and positive changes that support safe, equitable and inclusive access to our roads, products and services.

  Day-to-day, you will:

  
  1. Lead research programs and advisory committees focused on culturally and linguistically diverse communities
      


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  
  1. Strong community engagement and stakeholder relationship skills
      


  
  1. Proven experience designing and delivering inclusion or equity-focused programs
      


  
  1. Deep understanding of cultural diversity, accessibility, and participatory design approaches
      


  
  1. Confidence influencing and advocating for change with internal and external stakeholders
      


  
  1. Excellent communication skills that engage a wide range of audiences
