Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Community Support Worker. The Community Support Worker will assist with day-to-day tasks such as providing community support, managing cases, and promoting community health. The role includes regular communication with participants to ensure their needs are met, guiding them to resources and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Community Support and Community Health
  • Proficiency in Case Management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in mental health support services is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
