Job Title: Business and Inclusion Partner
The People and Culture team seeks a highly skilled professional to provide strategic support in the areas of business, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and work health and safety.
This role will play a crucial part in shaping the organisation's culture by developing and maintaining frameworks for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, mental health and wellbeing, and work health and safety. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, People & Culture and be responsible for leading the implementation of strategies aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace environment that values diversity and promotes employee wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as people or business discipline.
- Substantial experience in work health and safety and/or diversity, with a proven track record of developing and improving programs and processes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
