About the Role

The Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Manager is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion within the organisation;
  • Work closely with the global team to deliver key projects and integrate diversity and inclusion into the region;
  • Design and deliver diversity awareness education programs, workshops and seminars to support employees and drive long-term embedding of diversity and inclusion;
  • Represent the organisation at relevant forums and events;
  • Manage and work closely with the office diversity committees to plan and implement initiatives and programs each year;
  • Collaborate with the Australian management team to drive ID&E initiatives in Australia;
  • Lead ID&E events and activities within the Australian offices;
  • Manage internal and external reporting requirements for Australia, including WGEA and AWEI;
  • Liaise with external stakeholders across the region, including Pride in Diversity and Resilience@Law;
  • Ensure committee spending is aligned with the ID&E budget;
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver ID&E initiatives;
  • Analyse and maintain ID&E-related data and metrics, and develop dashboards to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of ID&E initiatives;
  • Build relationships with employees who participate in committees;
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends through networking and thought leadership opportunities;
