Transformational Leader - Data Segment

As part of a global move to the Cloud, this senior leader is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the Consumer Data Fabric platform while adhering to APFM principles and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program planning and execution for the Data Segment, focusing on the Consumer Data Fabric platform.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, PI planning), budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with global APFM principles and TechSec requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and empower high-performing teams.
  • Tertiary education in Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Must possess a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification; relevant Agile/SAFe certifications are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
