Transformation Leader

A challenging opportunity has arisen to be part of a pioneering environment.

You will work across the entire Technology team, permanent and contractors, as well as business stakeholders, to deliver transformation programs and support the successful delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply established transformation frameworks, methodologies and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts relating to resources, skills, availability and business priorities.
  • Plan comprehensive transformation approach, developing fit-for-purpose interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise adoption.
  • Develop understanding of business needs, mapping business requirements into transformation requirements.
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments, accurately reflecting impact on business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Incorporate transformation into overall project scheduling and resource planning.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in transformation roles, with at least 3-5 years in complex organisations.
  • Experience working in greenfields organisations beneficial.
  • Ability to make clear and sound judgements, providing pragmatic solutions using data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Proven capability in effective communication and ability to execute work effectively, autonomously and independently.
