Job Title: Transformation Leader

As a Transformation Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale change programs and activities, with functional experience in a related field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building awareness and capability through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, engagement, and training programs.
  • Establishing the transformation plan for the program and ensuring it's aligned with the overall objectives.
  • Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of transformation initiatives in terms of their impact on people, processes, and technology and providing timely feedback to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable delivery of large-scale change programs and activities.
  • Functional experience in a related field.
  • Ability to lead a transformation function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
