Job Overview

As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently in the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and effectively
  • Operating machinery such as overhead cranes and forklifts
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Orders: You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly and efficiently to our customers. This includes loading and unloading goods from vehicles and handling any issues that may arise during transit.

Packing and Warehousing: You will also be responsible for picking and packing orders in the warehouse, ensuring that all products are accurately packaged and labeled.

Machinery Operation: You will need to operate various types of machinery, including overhead cranes and forklifts, to move goods around the warehouse and load/unload vehicles.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is essential in this role. You will need to communicate effectively with customers, respond to their queries and concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Forklift certification
  • HC license (or HR license with willingness to upgrade)
  • A proactive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy (SAP experience a bonus)
