Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused driver/forklift operator with excellent customer service skills to deliver goods to mine sites, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate trucks to deliver goods to mine sites, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage forklifts to load and unload trailers at our Emerald terminal.
  • Ensure secure restraint of freight loads using appropriate equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A commitment to safety in everything you do;
  • Forklift license is essential;
  • MC license preferred, HC/HR license considered;
  • A good understanding of load restraint techniques for mining freight;
  • Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, NHVR fatigue, and road transport regulations;
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
