Risk Renewal Specialist Job

We're looking for a Risk Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Renewal Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent time management and organisational abilities, adaptability to changing business needs, high attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews
  • Providing accurate personal protection quotations and processing changes to existing protections
  • Collaborating with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identifying member needs and matching them with the right protection solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification
  • Insurance industry experience is desirable
