As a Risk Renewal Specialist, you will make a meaningful impact by supporting members and driving business growth.
Risk Services Executive- Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
- Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
- Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
- Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.
You will bring:

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
Preferred:
- Insurance industry experience.
