Protection Renewal Expert

As a Protection Renewal Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our members, responsible for retaining existing business and growing our portfolio through proactive and effective renewal management. You will deliver exceptional service, build trusted relationships, and help members navigate their protection needs with confidence.
About the Role- You will manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
- You will provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
- You will collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- You will identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
- Insurance industry experience is desirable.
