Senior Project Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major construction projects.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within a consultancy or contractor environment. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are critical for smooth project delivery.

  • Ability to understand the 'big picture' of the client's objectives is essential for project success.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders are vital for collaboration and project advancement.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are essential qualities for this role.
  • Experience with construction phases of complex projects in sectors like Industrial, Health, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing/Processing, Data Centres, or related areas would be highly beneficial.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients is expected.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines would be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel across metro Melbourne may be required.
