Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. Your ability to think critically and make sound decisions will be essential in driving project success.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs and expectations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating workflows, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results. You will also need to have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with Procore and other construction software
