Leading a major apartment project in Melbourne's inner south-east / bayside region, we seek an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex construction project.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded builder on a flagship $35M apartment project.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with exposure to apartments or commercial projects valued $30M+.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial acumen in budget control, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
