Job Description

As a Construction Project Lead, you will oversee all onsite construction activities and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project manager to resolve any technical construction/design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in leading commercial or apartment new build projects
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with sub-contractors
  • Able to drive a construction program and manage OH&S and QA
