Project Lead Opportunity

This position involves overseeing a large-scale development project in Melbourne, incorporating apartments, retail and underground car parking.

  • Deliver projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations, within established timeframes and budget constraints.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and handover.
  • Develop strong working relationships with site teams and management personnel.
  • Hold in-depth knowledge of construction methods, commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
