Join our organization as an HR Advisor to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to develop and deliver HR projects that align with business needs, manage employment relations cases, provide advice on industrial relations requirements, support the development of HR strategies to improve retention and development, plan and lead key processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews, and talent management, and provide guidance and support on a range of HR issues and practices.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A relevant HR qualification or experience in a HR Advisory role
- Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the community services industry or disability sector would be highly regarded
