About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our partner network.
- Analyze software requirements based on customer feedback.
- Promote the value of our technology platform to partners and customers.
- Enhance the partner experience through training courses and educational materials.
- Upsell services and products aligned with our brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with new releases and processes.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills relevant to the platform.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Previous sales and cold calling experience considered advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong familiarity with the hospitality equipment ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a product owner/technical specialist or Customer Success Manager.
