NBM - Pacific Regional Manager

The National Business Manager – Pacific will play a pivotal role in driving the Pacific Region strategy, focusing on identifying and resolving complex problems and opportunities. This position will collaborate closely with regional distributor teams to develop and execute plans that drive business growth.
The role requires a high degree of complexity, given the breadth of markets (18 Pacific countries) that are constantly evolving due to competition and consumer trends. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer-packaged goods/food industry and experience working with distributors or food ingredients/major retail customers.
About YouYou will be a degree-qualified professional with 5+ years of experience in account/category management within the consumer-packaged goods/food industry. You will have demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes, possess excellent project management skills, and be a strong communicator.
You will be skilled at achieving results through others (distribution partners), market execution, building brands, and putting insights into action. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
