About the Role

The National Business Manager – Pacific will play a pivotal role in shaping the Pacific Region strategy, focusing on identifying and resolving complex problems/opportunities. This position will be instrumental in developing and executing plans in collaboration with regional distributor teams, driving business growth and expansion.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a degree-qualified professional with 5+ years of experience in account/category management within the consumer-packaged goods/food industry. Essential experience includes working with distributors, food ingredients, or major retail customers.

You will have a proven track record of driving successful commercial outcomes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Your expertise in achieving results through others, market execution, building brands, and putting insights into action will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Pacific Region strategy, identifying and resolving complex problems/opportunities
  • Develop and execute plans in collaboration with regional distributor teams
  • Drive business growth and expansion in the Pacific markets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes
