Job Overview

This is a senior role that involves developing, maintaining and administering ServiceNow instances with expertise in App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and scoped applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s core functionality and be able to implement effective solutions to drive business value.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow instances with strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and scoped applications.
  • Experience in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Skilled in configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards, and portal/UI enhancements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, support, and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in a Managed Services environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and administering ServiceNow instances.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and scoped applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
