Job Title: Administrative Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

The role of an Administrative Human Resources Specialist involves providing administrative support to the People team, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to all team members. This includes managing queries and requests through ServiceNow and Workday, processing employee changes throughout the Employee Life Cycle, generating employment change letters for employees, preparing employment offers, onboarding new hires in Workday, maintaining organisational and position management in Workday, creating reports using Excel and distributing them as needed.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent administrative and Microsoft Office skills, ability to problem solve, strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, and flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of People systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
