Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITIL framework), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration, including data migration and customization.
- Experience working within Enterprise-scale environments, with a deep understanding of complex business processes.
- Relevant ITIL/ITSM industry certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development.
