Leading a high-profile ServiceNow implementation project, you will provide technical expertise and advice to clients while ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the ServiceNow platform, designing new solutions, architecture, and technical requirements
  • Develop and implement ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CMDB capabilities in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and developers
  • Document user functional requirements and process requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow, Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
  • ITIL best practices followed
  • Full development lifecycle experience
  • Experience with Java Script, Web Services, JDBC, OO Methodologies, HTML5, XML, CSS, CMS, and RDBMS systems
