Job Description:

This position plays a vital role in driving company growth by creating and implementing leadership development programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and online learning initiatives that build leadership capabilities and align behaviors with strategic goals.

  • Design and deliver impactful leadership development programs.
  • Incorporate best practices and innovative approaches to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Embed leadership principles across programs and talent initiatives.
  • Lead the annual leadership 360 survey process and provide insights to inform development.
  • Facilitate flagship leadership programs and department-specific sessions for emerging to mid-level leaders.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support individual leadership growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and meet leadership capability needs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience & Knowledge:

Strong qualifications in Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or Adult Education (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years' experience in leadership or learning development roles.

Proven success designing and delivering impactful leadership programs.

Skilled facilitator with experience engaging diverse audiences.

Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to align development initiatives with business objectives.

Confident in using data to evaluate and improve programs.

Leadership assessment certifications are a plus.
