We are seeking a seasoned Capability Manager to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality, targeted capability development for educational leaders.
">- Lead the School Business Manager Coach Collaborative Learning Community, providing responsive and intensive support to schools.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex issues relevant to enhancing the effectiveness of School Business Manager Coaching.
- Provide specialist consultancy advice to shape policies and ensure their effective interpretation, review, and implementation.
- Represent the department at various forums, showcasing leadership in the collaborative learning community.
- Analyse organisational design and develop strategic plans to offer targeted and intensive support to schools through the School Business Manager Coach initiative.
